Liam Cullina is a Vice President of Global Affairs, overseeing Senior Associate and Associate Consultants on the Global team. He is a junior at the University of Pennsylvania with a major in biology, a concentration in neurobiology, and a double minor in chemistry and American public policy. At Penn, he is also a member of the Pre-Medical Association and is a lab assistant in a genetics lab.  He holds a commercial lobster license in Maine, where he grew up, and in high school pursued his policy interests as a captain of his Speech and Debate Team and as the Chief of Staff of the Model United Nations Club.

Mary Kate Langan is a Vice President of Global Affairs, overseeing Senior Associate and Associate Consultants on the Global team. She is a junior from New Hampshire studying Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences and Finance in the Wharton School. Since joining the Local Committee in the fall of her freshman year, Mary Kate has enjoyed learning more about policy in Philadelphia through the lead poisoning and opioid crisis projects. Outside of PPC, Mary Kate is involved in the Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club, the Student Committee on Undergraduate Education, MUSE, and is a research assistant in the Sociology Department. In her free time, Mary Kate loves exploring Philly and finding new dim sum restaurants.

Camila Bonchristiano is a Senior Associate Consultant in the Global Branch, having spent five semesters here since she joined in Fall 2019. She is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences from Sao Paulo, Brazil who also lived in the United Kingdom for several years. She is double majoring in economics and cognitive science, and is particularly passionate about sustainability and education policy. She joined PPC in her freshman fall and has loved working with people from a variety of backgrounds and with different perspectives. In her free time, Camila enjoys learning new languages and trying as many restaurants as she can.

Chardonnay Needler is Senior Associate Consultant on the Global Branch. She is a junior in the College double majoring in International Relations and Chinese and minoring in Linguistics. She is very interested in international advancements in technology and the spillover from the digital world into the policy-making one. In addition to PPC, Chardonnay is part of PennYo and PPR as well as an undergraduate researcher. Catch her curating Spotify playlists, learning languages and reading in aesthetic cafes once when quarantine is over. 

Joshua Rose is a Senior Associate Consultant in the Global Branch. He joined PPC in Spring 2020 and spent a year prior to Global on the Federal Team. Joshua is currently a junior at Penn originally from Walla Walla, Washington, and majoring in Politics Philosophy and Economics, and Classics, with a minor in Chinese. His academic interests lie in international diplomacy and trade, political philosophy, and classical civilizations. In addition to his involvement with PPC, Joshua is in Penn's Government and Politics Association, and also involved with Penn's Undergraduate Law Journal, The Philomathean Society, and Penn AAPI Politics. In his free time, Joshua enjoys watching basketball and movies.

Marc Edayadi is a Senior Associate Consultant in the Global Branch, joining PPC in Fall 2020. He is a sophomore in the College, from Long Island, New York, pursuing majors in Political Science and Urban Studies with a minor in Survey Research & Data Analytics (SRDA). Marc is interested in welfare state/social safety net, election law, infrastructure, and labor/employment policy. Marc is a PORES Research Fellow, working on a research project, pertaining to campaign finance, with Dr. Sean Kates. He was a Robert A. Fox Leadership Summer 2021 Fellow at the Share Food Program, which is related to his interest with food assistance programs. Outside of PPC, Marc is involved in Penn Government and Politics Association, Wharton Undergraduates in Public Policy, and Penn Model Congress. In his free time, Marc is a big AvGeek and fan of Avatar: The Last Airbender.
