Penn Policy Consulting Group (PPC) is a nonpartisan, pre-professional student organization at the University of Pennsylvania dedicated to presenting student-led research on pressing issues in federal or international government systems. Our track record spans hundreds of successful policy meetings with Senators, Congressional Representatives, Congressional Staffers, UN Ambassadors, and diplomats to developing partnerships with leaders from Freedom House, Hyundai America, UNFPA, UNICEF, and UNICEF-USA, among many others.

PPC envisions a world where students and youth are recognized as stakeholders in key policy decisions. The group partners with other student organizations, professors, and stakeholder NGOs and CSOs every semester to conduct professional-level policy research and present this research in policy meetings with government officials in Philadelphia, Capitol Hill, and the United Nations. PPC's overarching goals remain helping students, clients, and partner organizations translate their original ideas, research, and perspectives into policy analysis that can better our society.

Our Mission: We are dedicated to creating policy impact through advocacy, storytelling, and informed research. As one of the very few student organizations that maintain regular advocacy functions at the UN and Capitol Hill, PPC is explicitly focused on translating on-campus discussions and student research to concrete policy action. This singular dedication to inspiring positive social developments and representing the youth voice in the policy discourse constitutes the pillar of our group's philosophy.

PPC offers member schools and staff members an experiential opportunity to civically engage with elected officials and imagine bold, creative, and youthful solutions to important social issues in the US and beyond. Currently, PPC has chapters at the University of Pennsylvania and Johns Hopkins University.
